Neither artiicle says it us being funded totally by private donations. One article says it was funded mostly by private donations, and the other says it is funded by private donations + museum admission fees. It's pretty straightforward?


Oh, then I must have misread this:

"I also wanted to say about the cost for the project. It's all being funded by private donors to the museum and those who come to the museum to see it, so no taxpayer money at all. It's all from private donors."
