I believe that since this is a public meeting, you can submit to the recording secretary, mua, any comments you want put into the public record as part of the minutes. Fax them to me if you wish or email me. Please get them to me by 7pm tonight. The earlier the better so that any important comments can be pulled forward so the author can speak. If you do not want to speak but want the comment on the record please indicate that in your fax, email or speaker card so we don't call on you to speak if you don't want to. Contact info below.

If you wish to speak there will be speaker cards. Time constraints will warrant a limited time to speak on all parties so it is recommended that you fill out a card and write your comment into it just in case you do not get the opportunity to speak. All speaker cards with comments will be entered into the minutes of the meeting.

Yes you can put my name on it but I'll have all 5 in my party and can't be sure how long I can stay but I most definately want my question addressed. Thanks !!
