A friend of mine recently moved back from North Carolina with her Daughter and needs some help finding some furniture, as she sold all of hers when she first moved. We're looking for a stove, a couch, and a coffee table for relatively cheap if anyone has any leads?

My mom has a coffee table with two matching end tables. They are in very good condition.

My neighbor is selling a white leather sofa and a beautiful coffee table and end table. When I asked her the price she said $100, but I honestly don't remember if that was for just the sofa or all 3 pieces. I could find out if you'd like.

And hey, don't forget about me! :wink: As you know, I was left with clothes, one toothbrush, two dogs and the "infamous" hammer .... so I'm in the market to start rebuilding my "household" ... even though it will go in storage for the time-being, I'm still looking to buy ... my mom donated a bedroom set and hutch, but I need everything else! Also, please continue to post any good garage sales, I'm there!!!

good point, i noticed that decent garage sales in the area were hard to come by this summer.

You can try putting "wanted" posts on the local Freecycle group. You can be surprised what you can find on there. You can sign in with your Yahoo account, or you will need to make a Yahoo account, to post.
