Hi guys,

While driving around today I discovered Hahamongna Park http://www.lamountains.com/parks.asp?parkid=643 After driving around in the park, I came out made a left onto what I believe was Oak Grove Dr. I saw people walking across a bridge to Devils Gate Dam, http://www.arroyoseco.org/DGDam.htm Has anyone hiked inside Hahamongna Park? Is there a trail clearly marked that takes you to the dam? I've tried searching on Google but can't find clear info.

As you enter the park on Foothill, follow the road to the right. Drive 100 yards and park, the road is closed to vehicle traffic by a gate at the city yard. Follow the road on foot for about 1/8 of a mile, you will cross the bridge and come to the dam. You can follow the access road all the way to the JPL parking lot, cross another bridge, follow the foot path back to the parking lot at Oak Grove. You could walk the Gabrelino trail up Arroyo Seco all the way to Switzer's. Enjoy...

Awesome info, thank you! Just to clarify, even though the road is closed to vehicle traffic, it's ok to walk thru the city yard?

The city yard is fenced in, road goes around one side of the property. If you get out and begin walking, all will become clear...
