I am a single, clean, non-smoker 48 year old male with a small dog, I am currently looking to rent either a 1 bedroom or single guest house in Shadow Hills Only. I am even interested in possibly renting a private room. I have several references available. I have been currently renting at my current residence in Shadow Hills for over three years and I pay my rent on time. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 40 years and would prefer to stay local as all my friends and neighbors reside here.
